Do you require a contract for your weekly service?
No, we do not require a contract, but we do work from a signed agreement. The agreement outlines the understanding between the homeowner and Poolar Express. If you need to cancel service for any reason, simply call our office to make arrangements for the final visit date.
What are your service hours?
Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Closed on Sundays

Do you repair underground leaks or do leak detection?
No, we do not repair underground leaks or offer any leak detection.
Do you build, re-plaster, or do renovations to the actual pool?
Poolar Express does not build or provide any type of renovation services.
Is credit given for Rain Stops or Holidays?
No credit will be issued for rain stops. Thunder and lightning storms and heavy rain days will get chemical service only including basket clean-outs. We will not risk our technicians being electrocuted with a metal pole in a body of water while there’s lightning in the area. The following week your pool’s needs will be taken care of by adding additional chemicals, if required to balance and get your pool back to its pristine sparkle.
We will observe the following Holidays
- Memorial Day – Service will be done before or after the holiday.
- Independence Day – Service will be done before or after the holiday.
- Labor Day – Service will be done before or after the holiday.
- Thanksgiving – Service will be done before or after the holiday.
- Christmas / New Year’s Day – No service during the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day
There will not be credits on the holidays with no service. To balance out Holidays throughout the year, we do not charge extra for months with 5 weeks.
